PLUGGER UNIVERSAL PH WHITE BASE 5 GALLONS

Plugger™ Universal pH is a self-cross-linking acrylic primer that can be used on metal, concrete, stucco, masonry, and previously painted surfaces. It is a rust inhibitive primer that can be top-coated with hot solvents or water-based coatings.
