Micro-Seal® SiH4

is a 100% silane sealer designed to penetrate deeply into concrete and a variety of porous substrates to prevent moisture intrusion, salt-ion intrusion, staining and freeze/thaw damage. Due to the small particle size, it penetrates deeper for longer lasting protection and performance. The depth of penetration can be controlled based on application spread rates (See TDS for details).

PROTECTS SURFACES FROM DAMAGE CAUSED BY MOISTURE

Reduces rebar rusting in concrete and surface erosion from salts, and is not affected by UV light or wind-driven rain.

NATURAL FINISH

Preserve the look of the project with 100% breathable and invisible protection that will not yellow over time.

SAFE TO USE

Contains 30 g/L V.O.C.’s, no carcinogens, very low odor and can be applied on interior and exterior surfaces.

EASY TO APPLY

Spray on easily in a flood coat using an airless sprayer and RainguardPro RainTip™.
